Arriving in Rosses Point at Deadmans Point you can indulge in a thrilling experience that will make your cells come alive. Join Bláithín on a guided Yoga practice will release your stresses and open your mind with stunning views across Sligo Bay to Coney Island and Knocknarae.
The Hotbox Sauna is situated at the waters edge tip-toe distance to the popular outdoor pool and dipping spot. Combining Yoga, heat and the optional cold immersion will invigorate your senses, fuelling you up for more fun and adventures across Co. Sligo.
Blaithín guides the entire experience with light-hearted perfection that can allow complete strangers become solid friends in just 2 hours.

On arrival you will find a tray of croissants, fruit & yoghurt which you can help yourself to for breakfast on both mornings
*This package requires your own transport to get there and back, we can arrange bus hire for you at an additional cost, you can pay the bus company directly.
