Arriving in Rosses Point at Deadmans Point you can indulge in a thrilling experience that will make your cells come alive. Join Bláithín on a guided Yoga practice will release your stresses and open your mind with stunning views across Sligo Bay to Coney Island and Knocknarae.
The Hotbox Sauna is situated at the waters edge tip-toe distance to the popular outdoor pool and dipping spot. Combining Yoga, heat and the optional cold immersion will invigorate your senses, fuelling you up for more fun and adventures across Co. Sligo.

Friday
From 3pm - Check in
Arrival at Teapot lane and settle in to your accommodation and make the communal are your own, set up your kitchen and bars with drinks and snacks and get ready to mingle!
7.30pm - Selection of delicious Pizza's delivered to your group
Saturday
After preparing your own breakfast in our self catering facilities, make your way to Rosses point (25min drive) where we will have booked a private yoga class for you with Blaithin. Yoga is followed by a sauna located beside the Den yoga studio by the sea so you can warm up and dip in the Atlantic. This is a great way to feel invigorated. Please note use of the sauna will be staggered for large groups, you will have an 8 person sauna and 20 mins later the required places within the second sauna, giving you all access to the saunas over 50mins in total.
