CHECK-IN IS FROM 4pm CHECK-OUT TILL 10am
These times include the kitchen and communal areas. Our staff need this time to get everything ready for all our guests.
What is your cancellation policy?
Booking Conditions (individual bookings) – Bookings are nonrefundable. For guests wishing to cancel more than 2 weeks prior to their check in date we will issue a voucher (valid for a specified period) to the value of the booking, less the €20 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior to the day of check in will be charged in full. We recommend all guests purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen changes to their travel plans.
Group Package Booking Conditions – Booking deposits are strictly non refundable non transferable. Payment for group is due in full 12 weeks prior to arrival and once paid is non refundable. A minimum of 16 required for all group packages.
Covid 19 – We will refund in full if we are unable to open and have to cancel your booking due to Covid 19.
Bed Linen is provided
We provide quality bed linen on all our beds.
Yes, there are showers and toilets.
Communal showers and toilet facilities are shared by guests of our four yurts and the vintage caravan. Hand towels are provided but please remember to bring towels for the showers as we do not provide them.
Do I bring food? YES
Teapot Lane does not have a restaurant. Teapot Lane has kitchen and wash-up facilities suitable for preparing light meals only. Please bring any food you intend to eat on site.
Communal Facilities: Fridge space for small amounts of food & drinks / Oven & Grill / Gas BBQ’s with Gas burners / Kettle / Toaster / Microwave and Sink with hot water for wash up / Tea towels and washing up liquid provided.
All cutlery, pots, pans and delph are provided. Guests are required to wash up immediately after use.
All children must be under close supervision of a carer at all times.
It is the parents responsibility to mind their own children. We ask guests to advise us if this is not being adhered to.
NO loud socialising or amplified music after 11:30pm
Guests are requested that no noise should be audible from their accommodation or communal area between 11:30pm and 9am. Between theses times guests are required to respect the needs of other guests. Campfire finishes at 11.30pm.
Appropriate foot wear
Guests and their children are required to wear appropriate footwear at all times. (No High heels or bare feet!)
What else should I bring?
TOWELS for showers. Ice if required for your drinks. Food & Beverages.
UNSOCIAL BEHAVIOUR WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.
No amplified music after 11pm
Noise must be kept to a minimum after 11pm
Guests indulging in loud rowdy behavior will be asked to leave without refund
We light the campfire at Approx 7.30pm. Guests are requested not to add fuel after 11pm.
Guests are required to wear appropriate foot wear and to consider their own safety at all times
Children must be supervised by parents at all times
Excessive drinking will not be tolerated as it will increase risk to your safety and the safety of others.
If you move furniture, blankets to use outdoors please put them back where you found them.
Please respect the property of teapot lane and do not allow children to run wild or cause damage during their stay. All breakages must be paid for.
Yes, the yurts have electricity.
Sockets are limited to four per yurt with two being used for electric light and heat.
Families staying at Teapot Lane are advised we are accommodation providers only. The surrounding area has lots to see and do and we recommend using Teapot Lane as an accommodation base for your holiday. Campfire each evening is from 8-11pm. Communal Facilities are for preparing light meals only & Gas Bbq Facilities are in the communal area.
Keeping in touch with home
There is good mobile phone coverage from most providers. Our wifi is limited to a few areas.
Parking & Transport
FREE PARKING is available on site. While guests are encouraged to use public transport please note that Teapot Lane is located in a rural location with limited access to public buses.
Note that Teapot Lane is a pedestrian area and residents are asked to park in the car park provided.
